Welcome to Pace Minis, a fun introductory football session held for young players.
Pace Minis sessions cater for children aged between 4 and 6, both boys and girls are welcome. Children are able to attend as soon as they turn 4 years old, even if they haven’t started Year R.
Bring along a drink and wear comfortable sports clothes. Boots and Shin pads are not essential but are beneficial for playing matches at the end of each session.
Our sessions are all about having fun with a football, developing players key skills and improving their ABCs (Agility, Balance, and Coordination) through a series of fun football games and activities.
Year 1s continue to develop their ball control and ABCs, while also beginning to use match based training to learn the key rules they need to know ahead of joining one of our teams.
Players in Year 1 will have the opportunity to progress into our Under 7s teams, which we develop during the season to enter the Eastleigh and District Mini Soccer League the following season, at which point players leave Pace Minis and train with their new teams.
